If you are using any kind of 'download accelerator program' a window appears that requires a password / user name.  Well I assure you, I don't have any passwords needed on my site, so all you need to do is find out what program is running and shut it down.  If for some crazy reason you still can't download, then just let me know which sprays you want and I can send them to you.
